Washington : US President Donald Trump on Saturday approved the use of Remdesivir in the treatment of Coronavirus. So far, Trump was claiming to be the most effective malarial drug hydroxychloroquine for the treatment of corona infection (Covid-19). Remedycivir drug in the US has seen good results on corona patients. Experts are looking at this antiviral drug first tested against Ebola virus in an positive manner. Those who have been given remedies are discharged from the hospital in an average of 11 days.

According to scientists, this drug made by American pharma company Gilead is not designed to treat corona virus and even though it is benefitting, but research on the side effects is also needed. Earlier, it was proved to be very beneficial for the critically ill people of John Hopkins University by mixing it with other medicines.
Not only America, it is being treated in many hospitals around the world. Although this drug was previously used in China on seriously ill patients, which had no effect. Now its new trial was done by the US National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID). Trump’s adviser, US health officer Dr Anthony Focky, described the fast-looking reform as ‘good news’.
Hydroxychloroquine is also undergoing treatment in America
