- If your refund request is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 14 business days.
- Cancellations:
- You may cancel your digital downloadable product purchase at any time before the download is initiated.
- To cancel your purchase, please contact our customer support team at support@yajoop.com and provide the order number.
- Once we receive your cancellation request, we will confirm it and issue a refund to your original method of payment within 14 business days.
