Has the Gandhi Family got Vaccinated? BJP Questions Congress on Vaccine Controversy
New Delhi: Politics has intensified on the allegations of mixing calf serum in Covaxin. BJP spokesperson Sambit Patra said that Congress has committed a big sin by spreading confusion on the vaccine, I want to ask Congress leaders especially Sonia, Priyanka, and Rahul whether they have taken their vaccine or not.
Sambit Patra said, “Bharatiya Janata Party asks the same question to Congress party, Sonia ji, Rahul ji, and Priyanka Ji all three of you are Congress party, you tell when you have taken your first or second dose. Is Gandhi’s family vaccinated? Whether or not the Gandhi family believes in the vaccine or not. This is the question of the whole of India.
He said that the world’s largest vaccine drive is going on in India and the Congress party wants this vaccine drive to be derailed. Many times Congress leaders had raised questions about the vaccine. The government of Chhattisgarh had even said that we will not take vaccines. In Rajasthan, the vaccine has been thrown in the garbage.
Covaxin maker Bharat Biotech has also issued its reply after the controversy surfaced. The company has said that the calf serum has not been used in the final dose of the vaccine being administered to the people.
Bharat Biotech reported that the serum of the newborn calf was used to make the viral vaccine. It was used for cell growth but was not used for coronavirus, nor was it used in the final formulation.
