For the First Time, The Tricolour will be Hoisted in Every Village of Jammu and Kashmir on Independence Day

NEW DELHI: With the withdrawal of Article 370, the situation in Kashmir is slowly returning to normal. Now the picture of Jammu and Kashmir has changed. On this Independence Day, every village will proudly wave the national flag, ie the tricolour.

This time in every gram panchayat from Jammu to Kashmir and Ladakh, patriotism will raise its head. Where the voices of the cowherds and Bam Dhamakas used to come, now patriotic songs will be echoed. For the first time, Jammu and Kashmir will give such a message to the country, which will make every citizen of Jammu and Kashmir happy.

The first Independence Day is being celebrated all over the country after the abolition of Articles 370 and 35A giving special status to Jammu and Kashmir. Independence Day will be complete throughout the country, but this Independence Day has special significance for Jammu and Kashmir. There is a lot of enthusiasm among the villagers. The army and other security forces and the district administration will specially cooperate to celebrate the Independence Day celebrations in New Jammu and Kashmir. While the rural people are excited over the special status of Jammu and Kashmir, the Bharatiya Janata Party is most happy.

The BJP has fulfilled a promise it included in its election manifesto. In such a situation, to celebrate Independence Day as Jashn-e-Azadi, the party has already made Independence Day a gesture with patriotism by distributing more than fifty thousand national flags. For the first time, large scale Independence Day celebrations will take place in rural areas of the state. Earlier on Independence Day or Republic Day, there were very few programs to hoist the tricolor in the villages. Most such programs were limited to cities.

The Jammu Kashmir Panchayat Conference, which has been raising the voice for strengthening rural democracy i.e. Panchayats in the state, has asked the sarpanches and panches of 4317 panchayats across the state to not only hoist the tricolor on Independence Day but also carry out colorful programs.
