Kejriwal tweeted: “In his last weeks in office, the Modi government shamelessly unleashing the CBI in @yadavakhilesh is a reminder to all that we must not forget what Modi’s political opponents have faced over the past five years. get rid of this dictatorial and undemocratic regime. ”
This happens a day after Akhilesh Yadav said he was ready to face the central agency and was willing to give them all the answers. However, he added that “people are ready to give an answer to the BJP.”
Claiming that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) was using the CBI as Congress did previously, the former prime minister of Uttar Pradesh said: “The Samajwadi Party is making efforts to obtain the maximum seats of Lok Sabha. Those who want to stop us, have the CBI with them. Once the Congress did an investigation of CBI, they interrogated me. If the BJP is doing all this, the CBI will interrogate me, I will answer (to them). But, people are ready to give an answer to the BJP. ”
“Why is the CBI conducting raids? What they want to ask, they can ask me. However, the BJP must remember that the culture that is leaving behind, may have to face it in the future, “he said.
