State telecom operator BSNL is playing its cards very well.
Airtel and Vodafone-Idea have unceremoniously increased their minimum validity plans and threaten to block incoming and outgoing calls if a minimum recharge is not made. To counter this, BSNL has extended its annual plan of Rs 1699 until January 31, 2019, and has also added more data.
In addition, BSNL has also launched an excellent plan for short-term use: now get 2 GB / day for 10 days, paying only Rs 78.
2GB / Day Plan of BSNL for Rs 78
Defying directly the weekly plans of Jio, Airtel and Vodafone-Idea, BSNL has now launched an even better package: pay Rs 78 and get 20 GB of data.
For 10 days, BSNL users can obtain data of 2 GB / day, along with unlimited calls to the 20 circles where BSNL operates. Yes, that also includes Delhi and Mumbai, which was often omitted in such packages.
By sending an SMS to 123 as “STV COMBO78”, BSNL users can also receive unlimited video calls in this plan.
Once the 2 GB daily quota is finished, users can access the Internet at a speed of 80 Kbps.
For now, this is one of the cheapest per day GB plans of any telecom operator in India.
Plan Rs 1699 valid for 1 year for BSNL users
Yesterday, we informed that both Airtel and Vodafone-Idea are convincing, which forces users to recharge every month. This has been addressed to those users who keep a SIM card only for incoming calls and do not recharge because they do not need calls or data.
For Airtel, Rs 35 is the minimum recharge that must be made to keep the SIM card alive.
When detecting this gap in the market, BSNL has decided to extend its popular bumper plan, which is valid for one year for Rs 1699.
Above the base plan, BSNL will offer 2.1 GB per additional day, which means that a user can now get a total of 4.41 GB per day for a year.
Previously, this plan was supposed to end in September, but then it was extended until November and now until January 31, 2019.
Users looking for long-term validity of their plans can opt for the BSNL Rs 1699 plan and also get good benefits.
