She said the rocket fell on 31-year-old Soumya’s house in Ashkelon city when she was talking to her husband Santosh in Kerala in the evening on a video call. Santosh’s brother Saji told ‘PTI-Bhasha’, “My brother heard a loud voice during the video call. Suddenly the phone was disconnected. Then we immediately contacted other Malayali people working there. That’s how we got the incident. found out about.” Her relatives said that Soumya, who hails from Keerithodu in the Idukki district, had been working as a domestic help in Israel for the past seven years.
