25 Farmer Organizations gave Support on Agricultural Laws, Tomar said – Will be Successful in Explaining Other Farmers

Once again in Delhi, leaders of about 25 farmer organizations met Union Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar today and also submitted a letter in support of the new agricultural laws. During this, the Agriculture Minister said that with the support and understanding of these farmers, these laws will be upheld and other farmers will also get success in explaining them.

Describing the support received from the farmer leaders, Narendra Singh Tomar said, “I am confident that with your support, positive attitude and understanding these laws will be implemented and we will be able to convince the farmers.” He further said that these laws will create a new path and India’s agriculture will prosper.

Tomar said, “I heartily welcome all of you on behalf of the Government of India for the support expressed by the Government of India by organizing programs here in support of the three agricultural laws.”

“Previous governments could not implement the law due to pressure and influence”

Speaking on the program, he said that there was a time when we lacked wheat, paddy, oilseeds. The population of the country was increasing, but we were struggling with scarcity. The government, farmer organizations and scientists of that time tried to increase production in the country. Now we are in a surplus position in production.

On the previous government and opposition leaders, Narendra Singh Tomar said, “The sad thing is that during the UPA, Manmohan Singh ji, Sharad Pawar ji also wanted this law (agricultural law) to be made, but not facing pressure and influence As a result, he could not achieve the fame of making these laws. ” He further said that we are fortunate that today Modi ji is our PM, who works selflessly for the development of the country and the welfare of the people.
