Lockdowns have been in force in the country for the past several days. April 14 was the last day of the 21-day lockdown, but on this day PM Modi announced to extend this lockdown till May 3, after which now the lockdown part 2 is in force in the country. Meanwhile, another important question is arising now and that question is whether the government can also implement lockdown part 3 i.e. whether the lockdown implemented in the country till May 3 can be carried forward. Why did this question arise?
Let’s know.
Actually, these questions are arising due to a government decision that has been issued for the airlines. According to this decision, no airlines can book tickets until further orders. The DGCA has issued a circular saying that no airlines should book tickets till further orders.
Let me tell you, airlines were offering booking facility for some domestic flights from 4 May. In such a situation, all these airlines have been issued a circular that they should not book any tickets till the next order and stop booking tickets with immediate effect. It has also been told in this circular that when and how the air journey will start, a new circular will be issued about it. Earlier, Hardeep Singh Puri also appealed to the airlines by tweeting that the government should stop booking tickets till the time the order is placed.
