Another Good News for Delhiites, Gray Line Metro will Start from Today

New Delhi: Those traveling by Delhi Metro are going to get another gift on Friday. Union Minister of State for Urban Development (Independent Charge) Hardeep Singh Puri and CM Arvind Kejriwal will launch the metro service between Dwarka-Najafgarh (Gray Line) at 11 am via video conferencing from Metro Bhawan. This corridor will be opened for common passengers from 5 pm today. According to information given by DMRC, metro will be available on this line at an interval of every 7.30 minutes.

Metro will be available every 6.20 minutes

The time from Dwarka to Najafgarh by Metro will be decided in 6.20 minutes. The three metro stations on this route, 4.29 km long, are Dwarka, Nangli and Najafgarh. Let us tell you that there will be an interchange station with Dwarka Blue Line. Here passengers will be able to take metro to go towards Dwarka Sector 21, Delhi Airport, Noida and Vaishali. After the start of this line, the airport can be reached from Najafgarh in half an hour, Vaishali in 70 minutes and Noida in about 80 minutes.

The gray line will go to Dhansa Bus Stand. For this, an underground corridor of 1.54 km from Najafgarh metro station to Dhansa bus stand is being built. With the introduction of gray line metro route, the rural areas of West Delhi will also be connected to the metro. More than 50,000 passengers are expected to benefit from this. Metro officials say that people going to cities like Gurugram, Faridabad, Ballabhgarh, Ghaziabad, Greater Noida, Noida etc. will be directly benefited with the start of this line.
