I had a horrible experience with Metro Hospital and Cancer Institute – Preet Vihar – Delhi, Management, Staff, Admin & Dr Sangram Keshari Sahoo, Medical Oncologist (Cancer Specialist) & his team in Metro hospital at Preet Vihar, Delhi. My friend Ravi Kumar’s mother “Mrs. Radha Devi (Patient) having Cancer CA rectum.
Mr. Ravi Kumar admits his Mother after concern with Dr. Sangram Keshari Sahoo, As per doctor there is an emergency and need to do operation on very urgently she don’t have time for going to Govt Hospital , Mr. Ravi asked for estimate amount for Surgery and treatment then Dr. Sangram make an estimate and send to billing department and told Mr. Ravi to confirm the estimate from billing department and told to take a decision asap because patient is critical. When Mr. Ravi Kumar asked billing department for estimate they confirmed that it will take Rs. 2.75 to 3. 25 Lakh maximum for surgery and complete treatment. in this patient will be in ICU for 2-4 Days
Mr. Ravi Kumar is not much financially good to arrange that much amount but shake of his mother to save her life. Mr Ravi admit his mother in Metro Hospital and Cancer Institute – Preet Vihar – Delhi, for surgery and medical treatment. and take a loan for it. then operation was successful on 30th July 2019 and She is shifted to general ward His mother was able to talk and walk with a help of support

But after some days of Surgery/operation due to unprofessional & careless staff and nurses . Patient Mrs. Radh Devi got fungal Infection in lungs and she will be transferred to ICU again. And now she is very critical just because of careless staff, nurses and hospital management which is so Greed. patient is now on stage of life & Death and they increasing bill with unnecessary charges .
See the copy of bill till 19th Aug 2019 which is about 13 lakh and now its around 15 lakh
Mr. Ravi Kumar already deposit around Rs. 5 Lakh in hospital now he don’t have money to save his mother and Hospital staff & Delhi Police give threat to Mr Ravi to submit money and take his mother to other hospital.
Even Metro Hospital and Cancer Institute – Preet Vihar – Delhi management now says they don’t have doctor for this treatment , now Patient is very critical and no other hospital is ready to take this case in this situation
Now my friend is helpless and Hospital staff give mental harassment to Mr. Ravi Kumar and do very rude behaviour with him now. Mrs Chaya from admin department did misbehaviour with relatives of Patient and Mr . Ravi Kumar evan She is laughing his situation and threated him with other staff of Hospital
God Bless Mrs Radh Devi and save her from these greedy and fraud hospital and their staff.
