The head of the Bharatiya Janata Party, Amit Shah, reacted on Saturday to the comment of the head of the Indian Congress, Sam Pitroda, about Balakot’s air strikes. “If (IAF) killed 300, that’s fine, all I’m saying is if you can give me more data and prove it,” Pitroda said Friday in the interview.

Amit Shah referred to Pitroda’s observation that a country should not be held responsible for the events of a few people and demanded that the Congress party answer “who is to blame.”

Shah’s comments came a day after the BJP had a field day criticizing Pitroda’s comments about the Pulwama attack and Balakot’s attacks on Friday. Prime Minister Narendra Modi yesterday took Twitter and, in a series of tweets, attacked Pitroda.
“The most trusted adviser and guide to the President of Congress has kicked off the National Day celebrations in Pakistan on behalf of Congress, ironically by demeaning the Indian armed forces,” Prime Minister Modi wrote on Twitter.
