The South Korean electronic manufacturer Samsung has launched the much anticipated Galaxy M10 and Galaxy M20 smartphones to compete with the budget of the Xiaomi Redmi series.
Galaxy M10 has a price of Rs 8,990 for the variant of 3GB + 32GB and Rs 7,990 for those of 2GB + 16GB. The Galaxy M20 will cost Rs 12,990 for the 4GB + 64GB variant, while the 3GB + 32GB variant will cost Rs 10,990.
The devices will be available at Amazon India and at the Samsung store beginning February 5 starting at 12 noon.

The Galaxy M20 comes with a FHD + 6.3-inch FHD + infinity-V screen, while the Galaxy M10 has a 6.2-inch HD HD screen. The phones are powered by Samsung’s latest Exynos 7904 octa-core processor.
Both devices are Widevine L1 certified for streaming HD content through popular applications. A large 5000 mAh battery powers the Galaxy M20, while the M10 has a 3400 mAh battery.
As part of the launch offer, users can obtain data of 4 GB per day for 10 months. “With this offer, Reliance Jio consumers actually get the M10 2 / 16GB variant with a net value of Rs 7990 at a net effective price of Rs 4990,” Samsung said.
There is a fast charge type C with a 15W charger in the box.
