  • Post images, videos, reels, stories, blogs, and events;

  • Create and manage groups;

  • Create stores and sell products/services;

  • Raise funds and receive contributions;

  • Play HTML-based games;

  • Interact with other users through likes, comments, reactions, and sharing;

  • Earn reward points through engagement activities;

  • Use wallet-based payment services;

  • Subscribe to premium or Pro membership plans.


4. User Accounts

To access certain features, users must create an account.

You agree:

  • To keep your login credentials secure;

  • Not to impersonate any person or entity;

  • Not to create fake or misleading accounts;

  • To notify Yajoop immediately of unauthorized account access.

Yajoop reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.


5. User Content

Users retain ownership of the content they upload, post, or publish on the Platform.

By posting content, you grant Yajoop a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

  • Reproduce,

  • Display,

  • Distribute,

  • Promote,

  • Modify for technical purposes,

You are solely responsible for your content and agree not to upload or share:

  • Pornographic or sexually explicit content;

  • Hate speech or violent content;

  • Malware, spam, or fraudulent content.

Yajoop reserves the right to remove any content without prior notice.


6. Community Guidelines

Users must behave respectfully and lawfully on the Platform.

You agree NOT to:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts;

7. Rewards, Points & Earnings

Users may earn reward points for activities including:

  • Other engagement activities determined by Yajoop.

Important conditions:

  • Reward systems may change at any time without prior notice;

  • Points have no direct cash value unless specifically allowed by Yajoop;

  • Fraudulent activities to manipulate rewards are strictly prohibited;

  • Yajoop reserves the right to reverse or cancel rewards obtained through suspicious activities.


8. Wallet Services

Yajoop provides an internal digital wallet system.

Users may:

  • Add funds through bank transfer, UPI, cards, net banking, or payment gateways;

  • Transfer funds to other users;

  • Use wallet balance for payments and subscriptions;

  • Redeem eligible earnings subject to verification.

Wallet Conditions

  • Users must complete any required KYC/verification processes;

  • Wallet transactions may be monitored for fraud prevention;

  • Withdrawals may be delayed for verification or compliance purposes;

  • Users are responsible for maintaining correct payment details.

Yajoop reserves the right to:

  • Freeze suspicious transactions;

  • Limit transfers or withdrawals;

  • Reject transactions violating applicable laws.


9. Fundraising & Store Features

Users creating stores or fundraising campaigns are solely responsible for:

  • Compliance with Indian laws;

  • Product/service quality;

  • Taxes and invoicing;

  • Delivery obligations;

  • Fund utilization.

Yajoop acts only as a technology platform and is not responsible for disputes between users, buyers, donors, or sellers.


10. Paid Memberships & Subscriptions

Yajoop may offer paid Pro memberships or subscription plans with exclusive features and benefits.

By purchasing a subscription:

  • You authorize recurring billing where applicable;

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by law;

  • Yajoop may modify pricing or benefits with reasonable notice.

Failure of payment may result in suspension of premium services.


11. Intellectual Property

All Platform software, branding, logos, graphics, design elements, and technology are owned by Yajoop or its licensors.

Users may not:

  • Copy or reproduce the Platform;

  • Reverse engineer systems;
