Yajoop provides digital services including:

  • Wallet services,

  • Subscription memberships,

  • Fundraising,

  • Digital engagement rewards.

Due to the nature of digital services, all purchases and wallet transactions are subject to the conditions below.


3. Wallet Top-Up Refunds

Users may add money to their wallet using:

  • UPI,

  • Debit/Credit Cards,

  • Net Banking,

  • Bank Transfers,

  • Payment Gateways.

Refund Eligibility

Wallet top-up amounts are generally non-refundable once successfully credited to the wallet.

Refunds may only be considered if:

  • Duplicate payment occurred;

  • Payment was deducted but wallet was not credited;

  • Unauthorized transaction is verified by Yajoop;

  • Technical error caused incorrect deduction.


4. Subscription & Membership Refunds

Yajoop may offer paid Pro memberships or subscription plans.

Subscription Fees

  • Subscription payments are generally non-refundable;

  • Users may cancel future renewals at any time;

  • Cancellation does not automatically generate refunds for current billing periods.

Exceptions

Refunds may be approved if:

  • Payment was charged multiple times;

  • Subscription was activated incorrectly due to technical issues;

  • Required features/services were not delivered because of platform failure.


5. Reward Points & Earnings

Reward points earned through platform activities:

  • Are promotional and engagement-based;

  • May not always be redeemable for cash;

  • May expire or be modified at Yajoop’s discretion.

Refunds or compensation are not provided for:

  • Reduced earnings,

  • Expired points,

  • Changes in reward structure,

  • Suspended reward eligibility.


6. User-to-User Transfers

Wallet transfers between users are considered final once completed.

Yajoop is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect transfers made by users;

  • Fraudulent interactions between users;

  • Mistaken recipient details.

Users should verify recipient information carefully before confirming transfers.


7. Fundraising Contributions

Donations or contributions made to fundraising campaigns are generally non-refundable unless:

  • Required by applicable law;

  • Duplicate transaction occurred;

  • Fraudulent activity is verified.

Yajoop acts only as a platform facilitator and does not guarantee fundraising outcomes.


8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If a user initiates:

  • Chargebacks,

  • Payment disputes,

  • Fraud claims through banks or payment gateways,

Yajoop reserves the right to:

  • Temporarily suspend the account;

  • Freeze wallet balances;

  • Restrict withdrawals or transfers;

  • Recover disputed amounts.

Fraudulent disputes may lead to permanent account suspension and legal action.


9. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds may take:

  • 5 to 15 business days,
    depending on:

  • Banks,

  • Payment providers,

  • Card networks,

  • UPI systems.

Refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method where possible.


10. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally NOT be provided for:

  • Change of mind;

  • Unused subscriptions;

  • Account suspension due to Terms violations;

  • User negligence;

  • Incorrect wallet transfers;

  • Temporary service interruptions;

  • Promotional or bonus credits.


11. Cancellation Policy

Users may:

  • Cancel subscriptions before renewal;

  • Stop using the Platform at any time;

  • Request account deletion.

Cancellation does not automatically remove outstanding obligations or reverse completed transactions.


12. Fraud Prevention

Yajoop reserves the right to:

  • Verify transactions and identities;

  • Delay withdrawals for security review;

  • Reject suspicious refund requests;

  • Limit wallet activity.

Users engaging in abuse, manipulation, or fraudulent refund claims may face permanent restrictions.
