Delhi Government Released New Guideline, 14 days Quarantine Required for Visitors from These Two States

New Delhi: Troubled by the havoc of Corona, the Delhi government has taken a big decision to stop the mutation of this new virus from spreading. People coming to Delhi from Andhra Pradesh, Telangana will be compulsory to stay in the Institutional Quarantine for 14 days. For this, the Government of Delhi has identified a government and paid quarantine facility.

For those who have taken both doses of the vaccine, a seven-day home quarantine will be mandatory if they are shown a certificate or an RT-PCR negative report of the last 72 hours. The order has been issued by the Delhi government after getting new variants in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. If you come to Delhi by bus/train/air travel/car or truck from Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, then you will have to follow these new rules.

335 people died in a day in Delhi, more than 19,000 cases

In the national capital, 335 people died and 19,133 new cases were reported from Kovid-19 in a day. For the first time since April 18 in Delhi, the rate of people found infected with the Korana virus has been less than 25 percent. The Health Department of Delhi issued a bulletin on Thursday, saying that this is the third time in the last four days that new cases of infection have been less than 20,000. Delhi had 20,960 cases on Wednesday, 19,953 cases on Tuesday, 18,043 on Monday, 20,394 on Sunday, 25,219 on Saturday last week, 27,047 on Friday, 24,235 on Thursday, and 25,986 on Wednesday.

According to government data, the rate of people found infected is 24.29 percent, which is the lowest since April 16 while the rate of infection was recorded at 19.7 percent. The infection rate on April 17 was 24.6 percent. At the same time, on April 22, the rate of infection was recorded at 36.2 percent, which is the highest so far. 311 people died due to Kovid-19 in the city on Wednesday. 338 people died on Tuesday and 448 on Monday, the highest number of people dying in a day. 407 people lost their lives on Sunday, 412 on Saturday last week, 375 on Friday, 395 on Thursday, and 368 on Wednesday. According to the bulletin, so far 12,73,035 cases of epidemics have been reported in Delhi in which more than 11.64 lakh people have become healthy while 18,398 people have died.
