Article 370: Supreme Court Reprimanded the Lawyer for the Petition, Saying – ‘What Nonsense is this?’
New Delhi: Lawyer ML Sharma has received severe rebuke from the Supreme Court for filing a PIL against the removal of Article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir. Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi asked the petitioner ‘What a petition it is. A petition has been filed in such a nonsense on such a serious issue.
The CJI lashed out at the petitioner’s lawyer and said – no attachment has been made with the PIL. I have been trying to read your petition for half an hour, but cannot understand anything. What is your love .. do not know, what do you want to say .. do not know?

With this, the Chief Justice said that your petition is not such that it can be heard. We would have rejected your petition, but doing so would affect many more petitions filed in this case.
Actually, advocate ML Sharma has opposed the removal of article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir.
Also, the Supreme Court noted that six petitions have been filed for the removal of Article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir, but four of them are still defective and this reflects the seriousness of the petitioner on the issue. The court said that all the petitions will be heard together. All the petitions will be listed for hearing after the defaults are removed.
