1. General Policy
We deal in both digital products (eBooks, downloads, tools) and physical products (books, merchandise, etc.). Each category has specific policies as outlined below.
2. Digital Products (eBooks, PDFs, Downloads, etc.)
Non-Refundable
All digital products purchased from Yajoop.com are non-refundable due to the nature of instant access and digital delivery.
Please read the product description carefully and contact us at support@yajoop.com before purchase if you have any questions.
Exceptions:
In rare cases, if you experience any of the following, you may be eligible for a replacement:
- Technical issues preventing access or download (and confirmed by our team)
- Duplicate payment
In such cases, contact us within 48 hours of purchase.
3. Physical Products (Books, Merchandise, etc.)
Return Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:
- Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Request is made within 7 days of delivery
- The product is unused, with original packaging and receipt
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened/used products
- Items returned after 7 days
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling
Return Process
- Email us at support@yajoop.com with:
- Order ID
- Description of the issue
- Clear photo/video evidence of the product
- Our team will verify the claim within 2–3 business days
- If approved, we will offer:
- Replacement of the item
- Refund to the original payment method
4. Refunds (If Applicable)
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
- Refund will be credited to the original method of payment
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
5. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping (if required) will be arranged by us if the product is damaged or incorrect
- For voluntary returns (if applicable), the customer is responsible for return shipping charges
6. Cancellations
- Orders for digital products cannot be cancelled once payment is processed
- Physical product orders may be cancelled before dispatch only
- To cancel, email us immediately at support@yajoop.com with your order number
