Do not Like Your Story? Here Are 8 Steps to Reboot Your Life and Start Again
Most of the habits, routines and rituals that we practice as adults were learned from an early age. Some of these behaviors serve us well, while others create barriers to our personal progress and professional success. And while it is true that you are not responsible for all the horrible lessons you might have learned during your youth, as an adult, you are ultimately responsible for your choices and habits.
So, what happens when much of what you learned was essential for your childhood survival but is now getting in the way of your ability to thrive? You … you can start … again.
Here are eight steps to help you launch your new mindset:
1. Write a deep and meaningful love letter for you

Write about how he will forgive and help him stand up each time life knocks him down. When you write, be as detailed as possible. Your love letter will have a tremendous continuous impact on your life. Do not hurry to do it. Just sit with your thoughts for a while.
2. Take care of yourself as a very dear child
See your youngest self as a child who is responsible for protecting, caring, guiding and caring. Become the habit of speaking with love and kindness with the child you have inside. Your interactions with the world can be difficult, but you can choose softness when taking care of your own emotional well-being.

3. Use a vision board to practice visualization.
A vision board is used to display images that represent what you want to be, do or have in your life. Know that there are no limits except what you have imagined.
4. Take your visualization to epic proportions by writing your future history
This exercise is in line with the work you have done on your vision board. It’s about waiting for the future and believing in yourself. As you write your future history, you must abandon your self-limited beliefs. Tell the story as you would with a friend who has not seen you in five years or more. As you write your future history, share the achievements that made you proud and tell your friend about the many changes you have made and the obstacles you have overcome to get where you are at that moment.
5. Invest in a planner / diary and make your dreams want measurable goals.
Planners and magazines are excellent tools that are often overlooked. There is a belief that “if you do not plan, you plan to fail” and also the belief that “a goal without a plan is just a wish”. questions. Working with a magazine also helps you document achievements, overcome challenges and generate ideas solutions. As you use your planner, revisit your vision board and future history and put it all together.

Make him look and feel like the person you are striving to become.

Practicing self-care includes doing enough physical activity, eating well, taking care of our emotional well-being, being friendly with ourselves and talking with the extras, such as taking care of our skin and receiving massages. The last two elements may seem minor, but notice how much we tend to touch those we love.
