On the other hand, a case has been registered against the main accused and local MLA Kuldeep Sengar and his brother, for attempting murder and attempt to murder others.
In this whole case, there are five things, which make the fear of conspiracy stronger
- During the accident, there was no security guard with the victim and her family. After the Allahabad High Court order, the victim was provided security.
- It is also suspecting to be a normal accident because the truck came crashing over the car from the Wrong side.
- The truck which car hit the car, its number plate was clamped. There are questions about this too. If this was not a conspiracy, why was the number been compromised?
- In the FIR lodged by the victim’s uncle, the police said that the security personnel deployed in the security of the girl gave information about her travel plans to BJP MLA Kuldeep Sengar and her colleagues. The question arises as to whether Sengar was working on the plan to eliminate the witnesses and the victim?
