Why is Darul Uloom Constructing illegal Helipad in Institution Campus in Deoband – Uttar Pradesh

Halipad is being built in the Islamic learning institution Darul Uloom Deoband campus located in Deoband, Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh. If this is being made then on whose order it is being made? Currently Saharanpur district administration is strict on its construction and has summoned the answer for the management of the institute.

At present, the district administration has stopped the construction of the helipad. Actually, the district administration got news of illegal helipad being created in Darul Uloom. Although there are set standards for making helipads on private properties and they can be made on the orders of the district administration. But the management of the Institute for the helipad in Darul Uloom did not take any permission. After which its construction work has been stopped.

At present, the district administration has adopted a tough approach to the construction work being done and its construction has been stopped. When the District Magistrate from Saharanpur summoned the response from Darul Uloom management, he did not receive any satisfactory answer.

So after this the order for investigation was ordered. According to the information, the helipad is being constructed above the library without permission in the Darul Uloom Deoband campus. However the management did not tell why this construction was going on.

Deoband is called the City of Fatwas. Here, Darul Uloom frequently continues issuing fatwas under Islamic law. A few days ago Darul Uloom issued a fatwa against TMC MP Nusrat where However, the institute later said that it has not issued any fatwa.

At present, the district’s DM Alok Kumar Pandey has told that helipad was being constructed on the upper libraries and above the huge library in Duroom Uloom. Whose construction has been stopped. Darul Uloom Deoband’s Vice Chancellor Mohammedam Abul Qasim Nomani was summoned for this purpose. But he has not been able to give an NOC for this so far. While the building was asked for the library here. At present the construction of Helipad without any permission is becoming a problem for the institution.
