Suspicion of foreign funding from these countries
It has been revealed in the report that Islamic Dawah Center (IDC) is suspected of foreign funding from NGOs based in USA, Qatar, Kuwait etc. The funds are channeled to IDC through several India-based FCRA registered NGOs including Fatima Charitable Foundation (Delhi), Al Hasan Education and Welfare Foundation of Lucknow. It also includes Mewat Trust for Educational Welfare (Faridabad), Markjul Mareef (Mumbai) and Human Solidarity Foundation (Delhi). Umar Gautam has also claimed to be funded by AIUDF MP Badruddin Ajmal.

More than 60 drug institutes are being run in the country
According to the report, currently, more than 60 Islamic Dawah Centers (IDCs) are being run across the country. Their main targets are UP, Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan and Maharashtra. In the name of Dawah, activities like religious conversion are being carried out by fundamentalist and fundamentalist organizations, which has been named as Silent Jihad.
