Free UPSC / NDA / JEE / NEET Coaching : Big Decision of UP Government, IAS-IPS will take class

The Yogi Adityanath government of Uttar Pradesh has decided that it will now undertake the ‘Abhyudaya’ of young talent. It is a gift to the youth of CM Yogi on the occasion of Uttar Pradesh Day. Under this initiative of CM Yogi, now IAS, IPS and PCS officers will also take students’ classes. Abhyudaya Coaching Centers will be opened at the Mandal level and a monthly stipend of Rs 2000 will also be provided along with the table. UPSC, NEET, and JEE students will get free coaching.

That is, now the UP government will prepare civil services, NEET, JEE – all of these for free. ‘Sir’ will now teach as ‘Guruji’. The Yogi government will now prepare the children of UP to become ‘officers’. Now students neither need to pay the huge fees of private coaching institutes, nor are they compelled to leave their home and go to another city. The Yogi government of Uttar Pradesh is going to launch a scheme in which IAS, IPS and PCS officers will directly give coaching to them, that is completely free.

Chief Minister Abhyudaya Yojana

The name of this new scheme is ‘Mukhyamantri Abhyudaya Yojana’. Its entire action plan is being prepared under the direct supervision of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. Announcing the scheme on the special occasion of Uttar Pradesh Day, the Chief Minister said that it is ready to start its classes from Basant Panchami.

In this coaching, online study material and lecture etc. will be available, for the IAS and PCS exam in offline class, trainees will be given guidance by IAS, IPS, IFS (Forest Service), PCS officers .

Whereas for the examination of NDA and CDS, guidance will be provided by the Principal, Uttar Pradesh Sainik School. Separate classes will be run for NEET and JEE. Apart from the officials, eminent experts of various disciplines will also be invited as guest lecturers.

Every problem related to subject selection to preparation will be solved. According to an estimate, every year about 4-5 lakh students of Uttar Pradesh appear in the examinations like UPSC, UPPSC, various PSC, JEE, and NEET.

A large number of them are children of families with scarcity or lack of financial resources. For such children, this effort of the Yogi Government will provide big support. In this coaching, selection of topics for competitive exams, methods for exam preparation, tips, method of writing answers to questions, various aspects of general studies will be discussed. In addition, classes of various subjects will also be conducted depending on the availability of subject matter experts.

Interested candidates will be registered on the state-level learning platform to participate in these classes. Registered students will be provided with a schedule of classes and a link to virtual classes. One interview class and one virtual class will be compulsorily conducted every week. Every year in August, aptitude and general studies-related tests will be taken for the students registered at each divisional headquarters.

Test selection, tablet and stipend too
300 candidates will be selected on the basis of this test, out of which 100 candidates will be for IAS / PCS, while there will be 50-50 candidates for CDS, NDA, JEE and NEET. All these candidates will be provided an amount of Rs 2000 per month for 5 months in the form of a tablet, educational material and stipend to access digital content.

Among the registered candidates who will be successful in the preliminary examination, they will be provided training with residential facilities in centers run by the Social Welfare Department in Lucknow and Hapur on the basis of demand.

In order to enable the candidates to get quality study material with ease, an e-learning content platform is being created at the state level under the direction of Mandalayukt Lucknow. Videos will be uploaded by various officials on this platform, sharing their experiences related to the preparation for the exam. Apart from this, a video will be uploaded giving tips related to the preparation of exam, guidance related to material, books etc.

There will also be live sessions and seminars. Students will also be able to submit their queries and queries on the e-learning platform. Here subject material and curative content related to various competitive examinations will be available, for which materials of reputed institutions are being collected. For this, a task force will be set up under the chairmanship of the Mandalayukta. This task force will form a roster of classes in collaboration with officials of the state and All India Services.

In this scheme of CM Yogi, the candidates will be given complete information regarding free offline and online training at every divisional headquarters and the syllabus and examination pattern of various examinations. For various competitive examinations, the Question Bank, Quiz etc. will also be prepared and made available on the website by Uttar Pradesh Academy of Administration and Management (UPAM).

Course content will also be taken from YouTube. In addition, study materials of various higher level coaching institutions will also be provided. The responsibility of operating and coordinating the training centers at the divisional level has been given to Uttar Pradesh Academy of Administration and Management.
