He gave this information through a tweet. In a tweet, Johnson said that I am in quarantine and will do government work from home.

He wrote in his tweet, “I developed symptoms from corona in the last 24 hours. My corona test is positive. I am in self isolation but will continue to work through video conference. We have to continue the fight against corona.”
However, it is not yet clear how many of the Downing Street staff and senior UK ministers are infected with Corona, so everyone has been advised to remain in self isolation. A Downing Street spokesman said that Johnson had felt symptoms of Corona since Thursday night.
