TCS Surpasses Reliance Industries to Become Most Valued Company by M-Cap
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has overtaken Reliance Industries in terms of market capitalization (market cap). On Monday, the market capitalization of TCS reached Rs 8,37,194.55 rupees at the time of close trading in the Bombay Stock Exchange. This is more than 1,170.47 tax dollars more than the RIL’s market valuation of 8,36,024.08 tax dollars.
In the BSE, TCS ‘share price rose by 2.39 per cent to Rs 2,231.10 On the other hand, Reliance Industries shares closed at Rs 1,318.85, up 0.27 per cent. Reliance Industries had moved past TCS last month, according to TACEX market valuation.
In terms of market capitalization, HDFC Bank (6,66,533.49 tax dollars), TCS and Hindustan Unilever (4,00,325.83 tax dollars) fourth and HDFC (3,78,236.52) are ranked fifth after TCS and Reliance Industries.
