Climaxing Early? 4 Common Myths about Premature Ejaculation that you Did not know

What is the premature ejaculation? Well, it is a condition that affects approximately 120 million men in the United States and is officially defined as ejaculation that occurs within a minute or less. Many times, the “launch” occurs before you want it, disappointing both you and your partner. And, in some cases, premature ejaculation (PE) can occur even before you have had the opportunity to penetrate your partner. PE is derived from biological and psychological factors. In addition, according to the 2011 Global Online Sexuality Survey, one in 3 men (120 million men in the US) reports having EP as a point in their lives, which means it is a complaint Sexuality very common between couples.

There are many myths related to physical education, so it is important to note that this condition does not occur because a man is too “upset” to focus on what is happening with his body, his first sexual experience involved “rushed sex”, that is affecting it now; Years later, he feels guilty for enjoying sex, he is too worried about staying “rigid”. However, there are reasons why a man may be experiencing PE, but you can be sure that the reasons listed above are not the same. . So, what are some of the other PE myths? Well, here are four commons you do not want to ignore.

Here are four common myths about PE:

1) Myth # 1: PE is a problem of a young man

Truth: PE can affect any adult man, regardless of age. In fact, a recent study evaluated the occurrence and perception of premature ejaculation (PE) in 2,037 Korean men, 20 years of age and older: 576 (28%) men had between 20 and 609 (30%) in their 30 , 618%) in their 40s, and 234 (12%) over 50 years old. Ultimately, only 28% of young and middle-aged Korean men in the study reported on themselves experiencing the effects of PE. While 72% of older men (over 40 years) reported a higher incidence of PE and more effects, which contradicted the myth that PE is only a problem of young people. In a separate study conducted by the University of Chicago, researchers examined the prevalence of premature ejaculation in men 18 to 59 years of age:

• 18-29: 30%

• 30-39: 32%

• 40-49: 28%

• 50-59: 31%

Their results also suggest that PE does not decrease with age.

2) Myth # 2: Men leave the uterus with PE

Truth: You have not been born with PE. In fact, there are actually 4 different types of PE. More specifically, variable and acquired PE is not something that is with you from the first day. However, according to Dr. Marcel D. Waldinger, a neuropsychiatrist, approximately 91% of cases of chronic premature ejaculation are caused by genetic factors. What does that mean? It means that it is possible that something (ie, stress, illness, etc.) triggers PE (later in life) in a man, who is predisposed to it.

3) Myth # 3: PE occurs when a man is not willing to last longer

Truth: Many women, whose partners have PE, often mistakenly think that their partners are not trying hard enough to prolong sex. Well, the truth is that it’s not the man’s fault. He simply can not control when he ejaculates and, as a result, he is likely to be very insecure about it. However, the good news is that PE can be successfully resolved by following an exercise-based treatment program (ie, masturbation or full penetration exercises).

4) Myth # 4: PE can be treated with Viagra or Cialis

Truth: I’m sorry, but no, I can not. Many men ask us if they can use Viagra or Cialis to treat their PE, either because they do not know the difference between erectile dysfunction and PE, or because they are not sure of the function of these medications. Many men with EP believe that Viagra and Cialis will help delay their ejaculations, but that simply is not true.
